Yes. Everything that reaches your end client — quotes, the client portal, the CO₂ report, the presentation — carries your logo and house style. BOCO is never mentioned to the end client. You keep the relationship and the brand; we provide the execution beneath it.

Yes, we deliver assembled to your client on site. For purchases, assembly is already included in the product price; for rentals you see the assembly cost separately, and for selected products assembled delivery is free. Flat-pack delivery is always free.

With renting you scale flexibly. Client growing? You simply add more. Scaling down? You cancel monthly and we collect the furniture — free after 12 months of rental. Your client is never stuck with furniture that no longer fits the situation.

A-class is our best in price/quality: better than the norm, made for heavy and intensive use, with a 5-year warranty. B-class targets the sharpest price when budget leads, with a 2-year warranty. So you pick the class per project that fits your client's requirements and budget.

A-class has a 5-year warranty, B-class 2 years; refurbished furniture 2 to 5 years depending on the product. The warranty starts on the day of delivery. Normal wear, misuse, and use in damp or outdoor spaces are excluded.

Yes. It's full office furniture — sit-stand desks, ergonomic office chairs — so excellent for home offices and home workplaces you fit out for a client. It's meant for indoor use in dry spaces, not for damp rooms or outdoors.

Yes. Alongside our A- and B-class we keep a stock of refurbished furniture: reconditioned pieces with a 2-to-5-year warranty. That lets you offer your client a sharp, circular price.

Yes. Many products come in several finishes — for example a white or black frame, different tabletop colours, and upholstery or comfort options on chairs.

Because furniture isn't discarded after a single use. We take it back, refurbish it and put it back into use. That keeps material in the loop and means less needs to be produced new.

Most furniture first gets a second life through refurbishment. Pieces that really are no longer usable are taken apart so the materials can be separated and reused or recycled as well as possible.

You submit a relocation request through the platform. We plan it and handle moving the furniture, so you can support your client even during an office move.

Renting is cancellable monthly. If your client stops, we collect the furniture; that's free after 12 months of rental, with fixed return rates before that. The furniture goes back into the loop.

Yes. Through the platform you submit a service request for maintenance or repair, and you track the status there too.

Report it with a short description, the model number, the order number and a few clear photos. We then assess whether it falls under warranty and resolve it — if needed in consultation at the end user.

Yes. Through the platform you get per-location CO₂ insight and export a sustainability report — under your brand. So you give your client substantiated figures for procurement, a bank or a sustainability question, without having to calculate yourself.

Buying is one-off: the furniture is your client's and assembly is in the price. Renting is a fixed monthly price per complete product, cancellable monthly, with a known buyout value if your client later wants to keep it. Buy-back applies to BOCO furniture: we take it in trade or buy it back, and that's calculated automatically in the system.

A furniture subscription is our way of renting (PayForUse): you pay a fixed monthly price per complete piece, including the circular handling, and you can cancel monthly. Ideal when your client wants flexibility without a large upfront investment.

Unlike many lease forms, you're not tied to a long term and there's no balloon payment or residual debt to settle at the end. You cancel monthly, we simply collect the furniture, and buyout is possible — but not required — at a known value. On top of that it's circular: the furniture gets a second life.

It depends on how long your client uses the furniture. Renting spreads the cost and is flexible; for long-term use, buying or later buyout can work out cheaper. Because the buyout value is known in advance, you can calculate it per project easily.

Every rental product has a fixed, predetermined buyout value. It's in the price list and in your account, so your client knows exactly where they stand if they later want to take it over.

No. There's no minimum order and no order surcharge, and you use the platform as an interior specialist at no extra cost. You pay for the furniture you take, nothing more.

Circular office furniture stays in use as long as possible instead of being discarded after one use. It's reused, refurbished and, at the end, taken apart so the materials return to the loop. At BOCO that's built into the model: you rent or buy, we take furniture back and give it a second life.

"Sustainable" is broad — it covers environmental impact across materials, production and transport. "Circular" is more specific: it's about reuse and closing the loop, so as little as possible is produced new and thrown away. Circular is thus a concrete way to furnish more sustainably.

Refurbished furniture is used furniture that has been technically checked, cleaned and, where needed, repaired or reupholstered, so it functions like new again. At BOCO, refurbished furniture carries a 2-to-5-year warranty depending on the product — so you deliver quality, not a gamble.

Yes. More and more clients and tenders ask for circular or socially responsible procurement (SRP) criteria. With circular furniture plus the CO₂ insight and sustainability report from the platform, you deliver that substantiation — under your own brand.

A Digital Product Passport bundles information about a product — materials, circularity and origin — behind a unique code and QR, so that data follows the item throughout its life. The EU is making this mandatory step by step. We already work to that upcoming standard, so you're prepared for what's coming for furniture.
